One of the most appealing aspects of a new year is the opportunity to start fresh with a clean slate. Whenever January rolls around the calendar, all of us get the chance to make a change or go in a different direction.
For students who have not been successful thus far, now is the perfect time to turn that trend around and start on a new path. What have you and your children decided to do differently this year? How are you refocusing yourselves to make the rest of the school year is the best it can be?
Getting plenty of rest is something my kids and I struggle with daily! This year, we hope to go to bed earlier to create a more successful environment in our home. By starting out our day with a peaceful awakening and a daily scripture, we hope to make every day at school go more smoothly.
