Recognition Music to My Ears

Mesquite ISD’s top-notch fine arts program is proof that our district believes in educating the whole child. Data overwhelmingly supports the belief that study and participation in music, dance, theatre and visual arts are key components in improving learning throughout all academic areas.

I’m proud to announce that our district has just been designated one of the 2014 Best Communities for Music Education.

Mesquite ISD is one of 376 school districts to achieve this national distinction.

Congratulations to our entire fine arts staff and students! This recognition accompanies many UIL honors being won this spring.
